Dr. Allan Lowman
Dr. Allan Lowman is a native of Haleyville, AL.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University. Dr. Lowman then graduated from Life University with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.  He graduated Cum Laude and received the Excellence Award in the Life University senior intern program in 1990. He has practiced in Decatur, AL for over twenty years where he resides with his wife and children.

 
Dr. Frank McCreless
Dr. Frank McCreless was born in Amory, MS and raised in Haleyville, AL.  He graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1992.  He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 1997.  Dr. McCreless began his career in Indiana and shortly thereafter moved back to Alabama where he established a practice in Double Springs in 1998.  In 2001, he joined Dr. Lowman.  Dr. McCreless is married with twins.

Office Manager
Judy Borden was born in Morgan County, AL, where she has been a lifelong resident.  She began her career at Lowman Spine & Rehab Center in 1993.  Judy is married with two children and two grandchildren. 

 
Scott Chinavare
Licensed Massage Therapist & Physical Rehab
Scott Chinavare was born and raised in south eastern Michigan and moved to Decatur in August 2009 to be closer to his grandchildren.  He graduated from The Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City in 1992.  He has been working in the chiropractic field since then as well as pursuing his own massage therapy practice.  He has been at Lowman Spine & Rehab Center since August 2009.  Scott and his wife have three sons and three grandsons.

 
Staci Foster
Receptionist 
Staci Foster was born in Muscle Shoals, AL and moved to Decatur in 2007.  She has worked in the medical field since 1998 and has been at Lowman Spine & Rehab Center since March 2009.  Staci is married with two children and three grandchildren. 

 
Kayla Turner
Tech Coordinator
Kayla Turner was born and raised in Decatur, AL.  Currently a college student, Kayla is pursuing a degree in Marketing.  She has been at Lowman Spine & Rehab Center since October 2009.

Cindy Rinna
Practice Representative
Cindy Rinna was born and raised in south eastern Michigan and moved to Decatur in July 2008.  She graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She has been at Lowman Spine & Rehab Center since October 2008.  Cindy is married with three sons.
